Upcoming Workshop for Field Workers to be carried out in Spanish

Several topics related to soil, water and pest management will be covered, during a University of California Cooperative Extension training session for field workers in Yuba City. The Workshop will provide technical content to increase farm worker understanding of farm management decisions.

The workshop will be done in Spanish and is scheduled for Thursday, March 14, from 8:00 a.m. until noon at 142A Garden Highway. The event is free and lunch will be included.

Participating instructors are Sarah Light, Agronomy Advisor, Luis Espino, Rice Farm Advisor and Samuel Sandoval of UC Davis.
