Here is a summary of the new Commodity Title of the Farm Bill for California rice recently passed by Congress along with selected tax provisions important to agriculture.
As noted, decision tools will be developed in the upcoming months. For this year, growers will receive the better of ARC or PLC in the event that either program is triggered.
