We will hear from our University of California rice specialists about agronomics and pests; from the director of the Rice Experiment Station on Calrose varieties; from a special guest speaker on rice properties; and from industry experts on drying, storage, quality inspections and more!
The California Rice Commission, with support from industry partners, will host the 2026 Rice Grower Quality Workshop on July 30th from 9 AM to 12:30 PM. The event will be held at Hillcrest Catering, located at 210 Julie Drive, Yuba City, CA. The registration fee is $50/person and includes all instruction, a copy of the Rice Quality Handbook, coffee/light breakfast (8:30 AM) and lunch.
