California Ricelands Waterbird Foundation Participates in Big Day of Giving on May 2

The annual Big Day of Giving (BDOG) is just around the corner on Thursday, May 2. The California Ricelands Waterbird Foundation appreciates being part of this great Sacramento area tradition, as our surrounding communities rally to support a variety of social and environmental causes.

We’ll utilize this year’s BDOG donations to continue to expand our habitat enhancement activities for migratory waterbirds and struggling salmon populations here in the Sacramento Valley. We work closely with the State of California and many non-governmental wildlife organizations to leverage our donor funds to get even more conservation projects out on the landscape for our local wildlife.

We greatly appreciate every donation to our cause, because we know that our wildlife relies on all of us to help out to maintain quality habitat for them to thrive in our beautiful Sacramento Valley.

You can find a link our Big Day of Giving webpage right at the top of our Foundation Website. And, you don’t have to wait until May 2 to donate.  You can preschedule a donation at any time with just a few clicks, starting right here.
