The California Ricelands Waterbird Foundation (Foundation) is happy to announce a collaboration between Bid4Birds and BirdReturns. Applications will be open until March 31st and include the following programs: Fallow Agriculture, Delayed Cereal Grain Harvest and Upland Management Agreements.
